1 - Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 100€ booking deposit. This deposit is refundable or applied to the settlement during check-out, with deductions for damages, cleaning, or policy breaches.

2 - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days before check-in. Later cancellations incur a 50% charge of the total payment.

3 - Stay Duration: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Stays shorter incur an additional 30% charge.

4 - Guest Count: 2-bedroom apartments host 4 guests, studios cater to 2. Extra guests, with approval, pay 30% per person per day.

5 - Check-in Time: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, for a seamless arrival.

6 - Check-out Time: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without consent incur a 50€ fee.

7 - Key Handover: Return keys at check-out. Lost keys incur a 50€ replacement fee.

8 - Liability Waiver: The property owner and management hold no liability for accidents, injuries, or lost items during your stay.
